Giving Tree Counseling Services

Welcome to Giving Tree Counseling Services.  My name is Stephanie Diaz and I am an independent mental health therapist located in Aurora, CO. As a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide therapeutic guidance and support to individuals facing issues of depression, anxiety and trauma.  It is through compassion and understanding that I strive to create a non-judgmental environment for healing and self discovery while helping clients to develop solid strategies to engage in healthy communication and coping.

Through the use of specialized therapeutic techniques, I work with each of my clients to individually address the issues that are keeping them from experiencing the fullness that life has to give. I utilize a kind yet firm approach to challenge my clients to explore alternative solutions, views, and thoughts around issues with the goal of promoting growth, self reflection and resolution.
